Actual fireworks? Glad to see not everyone lives in a nanny-state. My town won't even sell them. That's why I try and high tail it up to Oregon every 4th of July.
It's beautiful. I'm jealous. I'm just getting caught up. Love the story about the dogs.(couple posts back) We'll do fireworks as long as it's not too dry. Not suppose to, but we have them anyway. Everyone around us does too. Can't catch us all...
Fireworks were Mr. Ex's specialty. He acquired them from a guy named Vito. The were the commercial variety and made for quite the New Year's Eve, or other party.

That view alone was worth the headache of finding the place and moving, wasn't it? Congrats!
Thanks everyone for the well wishes. I have all ready enjoyed the cottage, and the headaches of getting it were well worth it.
