It's Thursday. I will be at the Pub and then on to Quimbeys. Yep that's right I will be drinking my Coors lite by 6pm tonight. I have been selective with my choice of foods all week and think that tonight I am going to have deep fried tater tots with the Coors lite. Way to balance the calories.
I will toast all my blogger pals, and eat a tot just for JY. I know he is a fan of Napoleon Dynamite and tots have a starring role in the movie. Although the movie tots are not deep fried and the tots at Quimbeys do not have pocket lint attached to them. Not that the movie
tots do, but that is how I imagine them in Napoleon's pant pocket.

I think that scene (where the Napolean stuff the tots into his pocket) is my kids' favorite scene!
Bottoms up! I've got to sit through a cold baseball practice, then I'll do a little tippling.
I love the tater tot scene too, mostly because it took me back to my own school lunch days - we used to have them, like every other day. Do they still serve kids those things in school?
