Workout update

I have been very consistent with working out. 4 times a week about 45 minutes each session, and yoga once a week. At the six week (actually 7 week) mark I lost 5 lbs and 2.7 % body fat. And have been eating more fruits and vegetables.

Another .3% loss in body fat and I will be at the high end of the range of acceptable body fat for a women my age. Personally I would like to be in the lower end of that range and have made that a goal to accomplish by the end of the year.

Kirby: hahaha, ok maybe not that well defined, and no my husband would not like the testicles: he said he likes my marshmellow figure.

Please don't go for the bulky look. I see that every day at our club and none of the guys think it's hot.

Personally, I think she'd look great with a goatee and a handlebar mustache. And a tattoo across her chest (what's left of it) that says "I'm A Freak".

Congrats on the loss - what is your goal, is it a percent of body fat, or a weight amount, or both?

marshmellows are nice.
