UHMMM......how to put this without being gross......lets just say I planned to have a very productive day today, G Man is in Florida visiting his sister, so I thought I would get many errands done today that have been neglected. That was the plan anyway.
Thursday I noticed something was a little tight, not free flowing...ok I will just use the word...constipated.....so I ate several bowls of Kashi cereal yesterday morning, the kind with 12 grams of fiber in a 1 cup serving. Nothing happened the entire day, so last night I ate 2 more cups. Big mistake.
Patience is not one of my better qualities, the 3rd and 4th cups of cereal were definitely not necessary. Had I waited until today I am sure the cramping, bloating, and mmmmm...ok the stink would not be as intense. Thankfully bathrooms are plentiful in my house, butt toilet paper could be a problem. We are a little low in inventory, butt if I am careful I should have enough to get me through this difficult time.
The cramps are subsiding so hopefully my intestines will be empty soon and I can go about my day as planned.

Are you having to belt into the toilet to avoid lift-off? ;^)
Sometimes being patient pays off. By the time it's over with you won't need fanny ribbon anyway. You'll need some of those nice soft moist wipes. Hope everything works out.
I'm not sure if this is TMI or funny as shit... oops, no pun intended.
I'm too late to give any advice, sorry.
Next time, make sure the water intake is sufficient for the fiber intake. It is a mistake many of us have made...
You know, my family had the same sort of experience when we tried switching to whole wheat pasta. Most unpleasant, I must say.
True story:
When I was a kid, my parents used to play cards frequently with another couple. The husband had surgery on his colon, and when he would go to eat anything, his wife would say:
"Now Eddie, remember your bowels". And then us kids would start saying "Remember your bowels! Remember your bowels!".
hahaha
I love "butt toilet paper".
Brilliant!
