Cranky

I'm miserable. Cranky. Intense PMS has set in and I hate it. I take a B6 daily to help relieve the mood swings and it's not working to well. At least my husband is still alive, I didn't kill him last night that's a good thing. I feel bad that I am so nasty, but I can't help it sometimes. What can I say, it will all be over in a few days. Then I have next month to look forward too. Hooray!

Don't take B-6. Studies show it helped relieve PMS side effects just as well as a sugar placebo and the supplemental toxicity is very dangerous. In one particular study of women taking B-6 for menstrual pain, neuropathy occured in 23 of the 58 women. It can result in permanent nerve damage in the arms and legs and in severe cases seizures. The upper intake level for B-6 is 100 mg a day and can be easily achieved with a healthy diet.

Sorry about the PMS. I'm dealing with hot flashes. If a man had to do what women do for just one day they'd shot themselves.
Hang in there. Maybe PMS is natures way of letting us say what we really think and having the world forgive us for it. "Oh, she's just got PMS it'll go away in a day or two. :)

I don't know what a B-6 is, but you might want to try a six pack instead. Works for me.
